Central Sicaf S.p.A. finalizes the sale of a mixed-use properties portfolio for € 87,7 million.
Milano, 17 giugno 2022 – Central SICAF S.p.ACentral SICAF S.p.A., sa company under the management and coordination of Covivio S.A., has finalized the sale of 12 assets, for a total value of € 87,7 million, to AP Wireless Italia InfraRe, a subsidiary of Radius Global Infrastructure.
The transaction involved the sale of mixed-use assets, currently leased to a leading telecommunications operator, and located all over Italy.

It also confirms the interest of Italian and foreign institutional investors in alternative asset classes, including infrastructure, that offer stable and long-lasting returns over time.”
