The infrastructural site will host the harmonic innovation hub, a maxi campus of 20 thousand square meters conceived to foster the technological and entrepreneurial progress of all southern italy.

Milan, 11 november 2021 – Central SICAF S.p.A.a company under the direction and coordination of Covivio S.A., has finalized the sale of the former Telecom infrastructure site in Tiriolo (Catanzaro) to Azimut Libera Impresa S.G.R. S.p.A.management company of the Infrastructure Fund for Growth – ESG (“IPC Fund”).

The property, which covers an area of approximately 20 thousand square meters, is currently vacant and is strategically located near the university, business and industrial hub of Catanzaro, just 20 km from the intermodal hub of Lamezia Terme and its airport.

The sale transaction was completed at a price of 10.7 million euros, substantially in line with market values. The site, which will be redeveloped and re-functionalized in a green perspective on the basis of an architectural concept developed by Progetto CMR, will host the l’Harmonic Innovation Hub, an ecosystem for innovation at the service of Southern Italy created by Entopan and Azimut Libera Impresa SGR.
