Completion of the strategic agreement with the international investors.

Beni Stabili SIIQ finalized today the sale of 40% of the shares of Central Sicaf S.p.A.

Beni Stabili SIIQ, a leading property company in the Italian real estate sector, today finalized the sale of 40 percent of its shares in Central SICAF S.p.A.
The value of the stakes, which include the Telecom Italia location portfolio, is equal to approximately 1.5 billion Euros, along with the associated debt, which amounts to 0.8 billion Euros approximately.

Crédit Agricole Assurances and EDF Invest each acquired a 20 percent stake in the SICAF, while Beni Stabili continues to retain control with 60 percent of the shares.

This landmark transaction confirms the appeal of Italian real estate for long-term international investors and constitutes a key stage in the strategy of Beni Stabili.
