The Genoa property is located in the Lagaccio district and has a total area of approximately 20,000 square meters. The Padua property is located in the city’s industrial area and covers an area of approximately 18,000 square meters.

The transaction is part of Central SICAF’s portfolio enhancement strategy and is consistent with the Company’s objective of concentrating its investments on properties located in major urban areas, such as Milan and Rome, consolidating a high-quality portfolio.

Marco Bignami, CEO of Central SICAF, said: “This transaction allows Central SICAF to take a further step forward in implementing its strategy of rationalizing its real estate portfolio and further strengthens its partnership with FiberCop, the main tenant of the Company’s real estate portfolio.”
