{"id":4145,"date":"2026-03-20T17:00:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centralsicaf.it\/non-categorizzato\/redevelopment-project-for-the-property-at-6-via-parini-in-milan-kicks-off\/"},"modified":"2026-03-20T17:04:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T17:04:33","slug":"redevelopment-project-for-the-property-at-6-via-parini-in-milan-kicks-off","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centralsicaf.it\/en\/news-en\/redevelopment-project-for-the-property-at-6-via-parini-in-milan-kicks-off\/","title":{"rendered":"Redevelopment project for the property at 6 Via Parini in Milan kicks off."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Milan, March 18, 2026 &#8211; Central<\/em> SICAF and Covivio have begun work on<strong> the full redevelopment of the building owned by Central Sicaf located at 6 Via Parini<\/strong>, in the heart of the Repubblica-Porta Nuova-Brera district in Milan.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The building, with a <strong>total GLA of about 5,600 square meters between offices, common areas and outdoor spaces<\/strong>, will be the subject of a major <strong>intervention carried out by Covivio and signed by Onsitestudio.<\/strong> The project aims to position Grade A office spaces on the market, characterized by high standards of modernity, flexibility and efficiency, in line with the current needs of companies and the latest ways of working. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The intervention includes a <strong>functional reorganization of the rooms<\/strong> aimed at increasing comfort and operational flexibility, as well as the enhancement of the internal courtyard as a central space for reception and relationships. In addition, the program includes the creation of new multipurpose areas, including an auditorium and dedicated meeting rooms, together with the total renovation of facades and systems, with energy-efficient solutions and the integration of renewable sources. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In line with the most stringent ESG standards of environmental sustainability and occupant well-being, the building is designed to achieve <strong>LEED Gold and WELL Silver certifications<\/strong>.
